Founded by Gayatri Rao, a professional with over two decades of leadership hiring experience across Pharma, Biotech, and HealthTech industries, NextGen was born out of a simple yet powerful observation — that thousands of capable healthcare graduates struggle to find the right pathway from education to employment.

With this insight, she envisioned an academy that could transform education into employability — and that’s how NextGen was born.
