1. What happens if I miss a live class?
We encourage learners to attend all live sessions to get the full benefit of the programme.
Recorded class sessions are available upon request, subject to a maximum of 3 days of recordings in any 4-week period. To raise a recording request, please get in touch with the NextGen team or your trainer.
2. Do I get access to class recordings?
Recorded class sessions are available upon request, subject to a maximum of 3 days of recordings in any 4-week period.

3. What does 100% Placement Assistance mean?
100% Placement Assistance means NextGen supports eligible learners throughout their employment journey through career preparation, interview support, hiring drives and connections with prospective employers.
This includes:
- Access to relevant hiring drives
- Recruitment updates and employer opportunities
- Connections with prospective employers
- Resume and interview preparation
Our focus is to support eligible learners in becoming employment-ready and accessing relevant opportunities.
4. How do I apply?
Click Apply Now on the relevant programme page and submit your details. You can also connect with the NextGen team through the WhatsApp option available on the website.
5. What is the refund policy?
A full refund is available if a refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of enrolment.
After the 7-day period, the programme fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.
Refund requests must be submitted through the designated NextGen process. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
6. Can I defer or change my batch?
NextGen programmes are delivered as fixed cohorts with limited seats.
A learner may request a one-time batch change within the first 7 calendar days of enrolment, subject to availability of seats in the preferred batch and approval by NextGen.
Batch changes are subject to the applicable programme terms and do not create an additional refund entitlement.
7. What happens if I am unable to continue the programme?
If you are unable to continue the programme, please inform the NextGen team as soon as possible.
Within the first 7 calendar days of enrolment, you may request a full refund, subject to the applicable refund policy.
After the 7-day period, the programme fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Where applicable, a batch change may be requested within the permitted period and subject to seat availability.
