Healthcare Industry Readiness Program at RNTU

NextGen HealthTech Academy conducted a 3-day Healthcare Industry Readiness Program (HIRP) at Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal, for students from Physiotherapy and BMLT programs.

The program focused on helping students understand the healthcare industry, workplace expectations, healthcare operations and the evolving digital healthcare ecosystem, while building awareness of the skills and professional competencies required to transition effectively into the industry.

The sessions combined industry context with practical insights to help students better understand the gap between academic learning and workplace requirements.
