Recognising this gap, NextGen was established to bridge education and employability through industry-aligned learning, career readiness, certification pathways, and institutional partnerships. We don’t have a legacy placement record because nobody has built this bridge for these streams before — everyone’s competing in engineering. What we bring instead is the AAPC global credential network and 20+ years of founder-level relationships inside the exact RCM/GCC hiring space these certifications lead into.
