Our Story

Welcome to NextGen HealthTech Academy

NextGen HealthTech Academy was founded with a simple yet powerful belief: a degree should open doors to meaningful careers. While healthcare and life sciences graduates possess strong academic knowledge, many face challenges transitioning from education to employment due to limited industry exposure, career awareness, and job-ready skills.

Recognising this gap, NextGen was established to bridge education and employability through industry-aligned learning, career readiness, certification pathways, and institutional partnerships. We work with students and educational institutions to develop future-ready healthcare professionals equipped to thrive in an evolving global healthcare ecosystem.

Our Vision

To become a trusted healthcare workforce readiness platform that empowers students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build meaningful careers while enabling institutions to create stronger employability outcomes and support the evolving needs of the global healthcare ecosystem.

Our Mission

To bridge the gap between education and employment by enabling workforce readiness through industry-aligned learning, certification pathways, and strategic partnerships that empower healthcare and life sciences graduates to thrive in an evolving healthcare ecosystem.

Our Values

What Drives Us Forward

At NextGen HealthTech Academy, we are guided by a clear purpose—to bridge the gap between education and employability. Our commitment extends beyond workforce readiness to building a stronger healthcare ecosystem through quality education, meaningful employment, and collaborative partnerships. Our initiatives are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), reflecting our commitment to creating opportunities for learners, institutions, and the healthcare industry.

SDG 4 – Quality Education

We promote inclusive, industry-aligned learning that equips healthcare and life sciences graduates with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to thrive in an evolving healthcare landscape.

SDG 8 – Decent Work & Economic Growth

We bridge the gap between education and employment by enabling workforce readiness, enhancing employability, and preparing graduates for meaningful careers across the healthcare ecosystem.

SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals

We believe lasting impact is created through collaboration. By partnering with academic institutions, healthcare organisations, industry experts, and ecosystem stakeholders, we foster stronger academia-industry linkages that create sustainable opportunities for learners and strengthen the healthcare workforce.

We’re a young company by design — India’s first B2B2C skill-development partner built specifically for Allied Health, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy and Nursing streams. We don’t have a legacy placement record because nobody has built this bridge for these streams before — everyone’s competing in engineering. What we bring instead is the AAPC global credential network and 20+ years of founder-level relationships inside the exact RCM/GCC hiring space these certifications lead into.
